Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD, including:

  • Subscriptions

  • One-time purchases

Note: The $50 threshold excludes taxes, promo codes, and reward codes.

Shipping Fees for Orders Under $50:

  • Standard shipping (orders < $50): $5.99 USD

  • Orders weighing 3 lbs and above: $9.99 USD

Shipping & Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Most orders are shipped the next business day.

  • Standard shipping delivery time: 3–5 business days after order placement (including handling and transit time).

Taxes & Duties

MODAL-Knitting covers all customs duties and clearance fees for your country/region.
You will not need to pay any additional import taxes upon delivery.

Address Change or Order Cancellation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be immediately processed.

  • Change your shipping address, or

  • Cancel your order
